1. Rental Agreement

By making a reservation and renting a vehicle, you enter into a rental agreement with RidePrise . This agreement governs your rental period and your responsibilities.

2. Reservation Confirmation

All reservations are subject to review and approval. Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message e.g: via WhatsApp. RidePrise reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if necessary only if someone has an early booking or if the car is under repairment or not safe to drive because your safety it's prior and matters to us, in these cases there may be a cancellation but this doesn't mean that your booking request is fully canceled/deleted we will be offering you another car that we see as the best option.

3. No Credit Card Required Option

For rentals at Tirana International Airport, you may rent without a credit card. Additional identification and verification may be required at pick-up for completing the rental agreement papers.

4. Driver’s License and Age Requirements

• Renter must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• International drivers must provide an International Driving Permit (IDP).

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or cash, PICK-UP only. Additional services such as insurance or add-ons must be paid at pick-up. A security deposit is not required.

6. Vehicle Pick-Up and Drop-Off

• Vehicles must be picked up and dropped off at agreed times.
• Late returns may incur fees.
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition (normal wear excepted).
• Surcharge of €15 applies for pick-ups after 12:00AM.

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with certain amount of fuel and must be returned with that same amount. A refueling fee applies if the tank is not on that level upon return.

8. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance is included. Additional insurance (Full Casco) is available for an extra daily fee. The renter is responsible for damage occurring during the rental, as well as traffic or parking fines.

9. Cancellation and Modifications

To cancel or modify a reservation, contact us at +355 69 453 9811 via WhatsApp. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pick-up may incur fees. Modifications are subject to availability.

10. Vehicle Usage

• The vehicle may only be used for lawful purposes.
• No off-road driving or racing is permitted.
• Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle.

11. Breakdown and Accidents

In case of a breakdown, contact RidePrise immediately. In an accident, notify authorities and RidePrise (make sure to contact us at the first), complete a report, and submit necessary documentation.

12. Additional Charges

• Fees for late returns.
• Charges for excessive dirt or cleaning.
• Fees for missing parts or damages made to the car.
• Charges for extra drivers or add-ons.

13. Privacy Policy

RidePrise respects your privacy. Personal data is used solely for rental services and is not shared or sold to third parties.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes will be resolved under Albanian jurisdiction.

15. Amendments

RidePrise reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
